AHRC Council member appointments 2015

AHRC is seeking to fill three vacancies arising on its Council in September 2015. Applications are sought from arts and humanities academics based at UK HEI's and from experienced individuals working in the wider business, public sector and voluntary sectors, particularly in a creative and cultural context. Applicants must have an interest in and preferably experience of the way in which arts and humanities research engages with business, policy and society. Areas to which we are particularly looking to recruit are:

  • Law (either academic or practising)
  • Performing Arts (either academic or practising)
  • Heritage (either academic or practising)
  • Classics and/or archaeology (either academic or practising)
  • Creative and cultural sectors, in particular Museums and Galleries

The deadline for applications is Monday 5 January 2015 and interviews will take place in London on Tuesday 3 February 2015.
