The Common Ground activities will be run by participants from organisations across the UK including Higher Education Institutions, cultural organisations, museums and galleries such as the British Library, the National Railways museum and Sage Gateshead and community groups. AHRC Commons Fellow, Professor Richard Clay, said: “This event promises to be a wonderful celebration of the AHRC Commons community, an opportunity to share knowledge and expertise, to establish new networks and projects, to be inspired, and to further develop the case for the importance of arts and humanities research.”

Attending Common Ground is free of charge and you can book a place (they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis) via the Common Ground Eventbrite page.

Reportage from the event in York will be shared via the Commons blog and on twitter using the hashtag #AHRCcommons
