Event date Event time Event location
27/04/2019 - 28/04/2019 11:00 am - 4:30 pm Various locations around Bristol

This national festival has events around Bristol in April and May 2019, including a festival weekend: Saturday, 27 April to Sunday, 28 April.

The project looks at ‘hidden’ or lesser known stories of the First World War, legacy, peace-building & alienation from commemoration.

The aims are to:

  • unite existing community groups and researchers, focusing on their work to date and generating new research
  • showcasing existing artistic work and performances and fostering new creative projects.

Paul McGann, BBC TV’s ‘The Monocled Mutineer’ star, will be joining in the conversation on Saturday evening, 27 April, at the SouthBank Club.
